The apps Ardio and Notatey from Kriss-André Jacobsen (kajac.org) does not collect user data from the users. They also don't do any tracking for analytics purposes.
Anonymous stack traces during app crashes might be sent to the developer (through Google Play or App Store) if the user agrees to it.
